  Mr. Electric was able to get me an appointment and fix my issue all in the same day. I feel that the price was also very fair. Mark (the technician) was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and why it needed to be done. Overall great experience, I will be going back to them for future jobs.

  Pretty impressed with everything. Had an electrical emergency that was beyond my knowledge to fix, they answered the phone on the first time and had a friendly & professio,nal tech named Austin (with another tech in tow) over by that afternoon. I appreciated their communications as the time window narrowed down and the attitude and thoroughness of the techs they sent over. Repair seemed a bit pricey but was worth it for the fast response, plus they stuck around and went the extra mile to do some preventative work to keep the emergency from recurring. I'd use this company again and gladly recommend them.

  Needed additional plugs in garage which required me to install a larger breaker panel. Technician was John and he walked me through what was required to add the circuits I wanted, and gave me several options that would save me money. John was very knowledgeable and professional and clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction. Job was completed ahead of schedule and there were no “surprise” extra costs like have happened to me in the past. Many thanks to John and Mr. Rooter.
