  Mr Electric had an excellent journeyman and tech Came. immediately when I told him that satellite installers and ATT were getting shocked and surge protector blew up😳 day before. I called 5 electricians and they didn’t have appt. open until mid Feb or workers had Covin and not enough staff. Mr Electric sensed the seriousness and within Minutes Nick was there . Found out problem was with GRU . Called GRU started digging snd found a problem with meter and wires and that was it. Mr Electric is wonderful to sense seriousness and sent worker out and check why workers were getting shocked And house could have burned down Thank you !you saved a hidden problem snd gotGRU TO COME FIX PROBLEM NEAR STREET AND U SAVED MY HOUSE ESPECIALLY WHEN GRU was surprised problem didn’t happen before the past Thank u

  We currently had our panel replaced by Daniel and co. and they were super pleasant to talk to and they were clear and concise about what needed to be done. Shortly after they replaced the panel, one of our kitchen receptacles shorted while I was trying to run the microwave. Daniel came out again and was able to figure out the problem and execute a solution very quickly! (Turns out the receptacle that blew was connected to the refrigerator receptacle across the room. It's an old house. Glad they could figure it out and come up with a solution!) Again, very pleasant to talk to. We called in both times to pay our bill (for panel replacement and receptacle repair) and the receptionist is super sweet and provides a pleasant experience. Great company, great vibes. Will call on them any time we need electricians!

  Bill Wells is not only a great electrician, he is an great asset and advisor for any type of project. I had never dealt with the county permitting process, requests, inspections, and was trying to do it all on my own. Bill made contact with the city, always followed up, and made sure that it was a smooth process from start to finish. He is a great communicator about the status of the work and next steps. He made sure that all of the work I needed was permitted, completed, inspected, and approved on time. I highly recommend Bill and will be using him again in the near future.
