  We found Mr. Electric from the Next-door app an we are so glad we did! We had some major work done on the house and everything from the initial call to the final inspection was done so professionally. The communication from Ava on the phone to the actual work from Javier and Troy was top notch. Javier is so well-versed in the profession and was in constant communication the whole time. He explained everything from start to finish so a layman could understand. He was always courteous and dependable. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if needed.

  Many thanks to Mark Farmer and Logan Hollaway of Mr. Electric in Paola for their assistance with our antique lights, that are original to our circa 1910 house, at both ends of our upstairs hallway. Mark did an excellent job repairing them so our lights could once again shine for us. It took Mark extra time to find parts, and Kevin and I are so appreciative of his work. We so enjoyed getting to know Logan with his trips to dismantle and reinstall our lights. He was so careful and cheerful about everything. Logan left no marks on the ceiling when he reinstalled the lights. You can't even tell they've been taken down and put back up

  The Mr. Electric Service Professional Logan H. is the reason a business like this will see a profitable future! This professional began by showing up on the schedule date at the scheduled time. He introduced himself in a professional and polite fashion. Next, he reviewed the services to be done, inspected items and areas to be worked on, formulated a detailed cost report, and then asked if we would like to proceed with the installations. After we agreed to the reasonable quote for installing several light fixtures, Service Professional Logan H. performed the service steadily and with remarkable focus. Once finishing all of the installations, Mr. Electric Service Professional Logan H. offered to remove all installation boxes and trash along with the fixtures that had been decommissioned. At the end of this process, Mr. Electric Service Professional Logan H. was able to take two different methods of payment so that we were able to pay for the cost of services provided. A business should want to have professionals like Logan H. working with/for their company because an individual who performs professional installation services while adding a generous portion of politeness in this way is setting the company he works for up for a most profitable and high volume of business!
