  We found the electricians assigned our work, Art & Albert, to be cordial, professional and knowledgeable. They completed the scheduled work in a timely manner with minimal disruption of our day. I would use them again and would recommend Mr. Electric for your electrical needs.

  Working in the customer service industry myself I really appreciate the company and the techs responsiveness to my needs. The front office answering the phones were very professional and quick to reach out to multiple techs to let them know I was in a pinch to see who would respond. The tech Albert responded very quickly and was at my job site within 2 hours of my initial call. While Albert was on site he had multiple diagnoses and options for my customer. He knew what needed to be done and acted quickly to best serve me as a customer but more importantly best serve my customer. This is 100% a company I would recommend as well as use them for my business needs as well as personal electrical work. This is a 100 out of a 100 service experience for me!! Awesome job Albert and your whole team!!! As a service manager myself and someone who personally does our review system for my company I really hope someone sees this and recognizes you and the team!!

  After repeated attempts to contact an electrician we had previously used and not receiving a call back, I asked a friend who has been working on her home if she had had good luck with electricians and she recommended Mr. Electric to me. When I called Mr. Electric they were able to get me on the schedule within a few days. On the day of the appointment they texted me when the electrician was on the way and Corey, the electrician, also called to give us an estimate of when he would arrive. Corey diagnosed the problem quickly, we reviewed the cost, and he not only solved our electrical issue but also gave me good information about our power usage. We would definitely use this company again; they were responsive and knowledgeable.
