Experienced partial power in one store, and no power in the other. As a business, it was imperative to get up and running asap. Called Mr. Electric since there was a sticker in one of our breaker panels, with their information when they installed an outlet almost 6 years ago. I am glad that I did! They scheduled an appointment for the following day but called back since they had a cancellation that day. Jathan was professional and personable. He completely diagnosis our issues and explained what needs to be done. He also provided an estimate that day for us, plus both stores were able to open up for business. Definitely recommend Mr. Electric for any of your Home or Commercial electrical needs.

Very Impressed with Mr. Electric and Josh, the technician! It was super cool to work with the same person who gave me the quote, as it guaranteed that he knew everything that we had talked about during our initial walkthrough - plus, it meant that I wasn't getting a sales guy who was trying to talk me up! Super professional, great work, and extremely respectful of my home!

I purchased a hard-wired Ring video doorbell with a Chime unit at Best Buy in August 2021 to replace an existing doorbell/intercom system that was 21 years old. Although the wiring was good/sound/solid, Ring deemed my old transformer somehow defective (via a 2.5 hr. phone call) and sent me a new one. The new Ring transformer, according to the Mr. Electric technician, was collecting/receiving power (24 V) but not dispersing it and consequently heating up. He deemed it defective and went to get a new one that also included a new "bell" which was necessary in order to complete the circuit and, finally, get the Ring doorbell working properly after almost 3 months. The Mr. Electric technician was VERY professional, specifically knowledgeable about low-voltage, Ring doorbells and was able to quickly diagnose and repair my system.
