  Avoid. Sloppy unsafe practices. They installed a new circuit breaker panel a few years ago for $3,000 and used wire nuts instead of clamps which are now failing. They even partially cut wires to make them fit in the wire nuts. I’m now having to pay a more competent electrician to do it correctly and up to code.

  I have a bad outlet that has went out again. This company checked my outlets in the Kitchen and replaced it back in 2018 so those outlets went out.. Fast Forward to November 10, 2021-Dana from Mr Electric called me an hour before my scheduled appointment to cancel. This was totally unprofessional where I was waiting for a few days for this appointment. I waited most of today to for the electrician and rearranged my schedule. They are very unprofessional, rude and lack empathy for their customers. I will never use this company again. The last appointment from Mr. Electric in July was just as terrible where the automated light panel does not work where I was overcharged and the lights stay on all the time due to the electrician's negligence. My cost for the sensor replacement due to power outage was total $416.00. They have no pride in their work. I will not recommend this company. They only see you as a way to enrich their company. This is not an ethical company.

  Had a great experience with Malcom from Mr. Electric today. Had been having issues with lights flickering in the master suite, tripping that breaker and causing a sizzling noise in the breaker box before the circuit flipped. It was a tough diagnosis that required taking down multiple light fixtures, examining and fixing mis-wired light switches, replacing and moving circuit breakers etc. and too over 4 hours. Malcom was very patient, we talked through everything together and he took his time and called others for advice a couple of times. On top of that he did a full home safety inspection and provided some estimates on some other electrical work we may get done.
