  I have used Mr. Electric several times for home projects over the last ten years, installing everything from ceiling fans to outdoor security lights as well as doing home safety checks. I’m very happy with the quality of work they do. The office staff are responsive and helpful. The service techs are friendly and will suggest other options. They completely clean up after their work. I trust and would recommend them for electrical needs.

  Austin, electrician and his teammate we’re great! Both were punctual, courteous, and very informative in explaining the situation and their recommendations to replace a bad breaker in our panel. There was NO frivolous attempt up-sale to items we didn’t need and they were straight to the point honest in their recommendation. In the end, I would described the customer service Austin and his teammate provided me as, AWESOME! Being a new home owner, I am glad I have found this company and will be using them any future electrical needs!

  Office communicates clearly and efficiently regarding date and time of appointment, who was coming and a picture of the person. It helped me feel comfortable since this was the first time I had used them. James was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was a tremendous help for me in an area that I know little about.
