I had Mr Electric out to install a wiring for a hot tub and add an additional outdoor outlet. I can’t recommend them enough for the job they did. Incredibly professional and thorough. I am very satisfied with the work performed and thought the price was very good too.

Mr. Electric did a panel swap for my single family home remodel in Mountlake Terrace. I had received quotes from other electricians, but Mr. Electric was able to quote something that was more affordable and had a quicker turnaround time. Norman Acosta swapped out the panel quickly but still managed to provide quality work.

Terribly frustrated with my attempt to schedule work with this company. Had a scheduled appointment on Thursday with a 3-5pm time frame. I hurried home from work and waited until 5:30 before calling to see if I was still on their schedule. I was told that a technician would be reaching out to me shortly. I called again at 6:30 to see if I was still on their schedule—again told that a technician would reach out to me shortly. At 8:00pm I called for a third time and was told a technician was probably not be coming and it was suggested that I call back at 7:30am to reschedule. As suggested, I called the office at 7:30am on Friday to find out why nobody showed up the previous day and to attempt to reschedule. I was told (again) that they would reach out to technician and someone would call me to reschedule by the end of the day…no one called. I made a final attempt to get to the bottom of this scheduling nightmare later that Friday afternoon at 4:45pm and was told that a technician could be at my house at 5:15pm. Shortly after that call, the technician called to say he was on an emergency call and he could be to my house by 6:00pm. Things were looking up when I received a text message at 5:35pm letting me know the technician was on his way. Unfortunately, that text message was followed an hour later by a phone call saying that they couldn’t find my house because they had written down the wrong address. By that point, I chose to start fresh with a different company. I can appreciate that they are busy enough that they don’t need my business, but I wish that someone would have had the decency to come out and tell me they couldn’t fit me into their schedule rather than keeping me waiting for no-shows two days in a row. I will not be going back to Mr Electric as I have found a much more reliable, customer-oriented business to meet my electrical needs.
