Now, here is a company that has great customer service! Hard to find these days. From the texts with info on the technician, to when he is on the way and all the way to the end of the job. Edward Elliott is a top notch employee who went ABOVE AND BEYOND by staying until after 10 pm to make sure everything was working properly after a 2 day job at our residence. He was polite, informative, knew exactly what needed to be done and was more than professional in representing Mr. Electric. We were lucky to have had the experience with them. Thank you Mr. Electric, and to our electrician Edward Elliott, for the great service and for a job well done 👍👍 Just downright impressive!

The installer David was very professional and courteous. (He put on shoe covers before he ever came in my house which I appreciate). He explained everything he did and went through a safety check list for my other household electric uses as well as installing pendant lights for me. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I give him 5 stars. Thank you David for a job well done.

David did a fantastic job. Especially considering what he had to work with. The updated switches and outlets have already made an big improvement authentically. Tony, I believe was his name, kept us informed and up to date with any changes ahead of time. Thank you all. We will be reaching out to have some additional lighting added as well as wiring changed when we move some walls in the home. Thanks again.
