I was SO HAPPY to find Mr. Electric of Thornton. I needed a new bathroom exhaust fan/light installed and a pendant light installed in my kitchen. Bill Chaney was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring and careful of how he worked in my home and with things around the areas in which he worked. I am very appreciative of the way he works. He provided a detailed bid. Pricing is reflective of a top notch and licensed electrician.

I highly suggest you steer clear of them. The first visit they failed to bring the correct fan/heater, but spent the entire day prepping for their return visit. So color me surprised when they still left a massive hole. “We cut too close to the stud” was the reasoning. We spent 3400 dollars with them and this is the best they could do. When confronted they were like “you signed an agreement that dry wall would be your responsibility.” Funny that the technician specially stated it was his fault, and on top of that they spent an entire day here preparing and yet couldn’t make a cleaner install. Be very careful when dealing with them, at no time was it ever suggested during the estimate that a hole larger than the fan would be required for install. Nor did this get mentioned after the first day of preparing for the install. A follow up call from their office was instantly met with “not our problem.” ********************************************************************* In response to your follow up. First I don't know who you are, "owner". If this is Carla I see your customer service skills are as equally bad online as they are on the phone. I made the follow up call, I stated my concerns, I was read a policy. When I restated my concern, I was again read a policy. I thanked Carla for her time and ended the call. If you're not Carla, you're flat out lying, she was the only person I spoke to and I didn't refuse anything. To be fair I wasn't offered anything to refuse. I was polite and realized there was no moving forward there and ended the call. Now as for facts. Either you (who ever "owner" is) are grossly unaware or someone is making excuses. On the initial install day, the technician came into our office, and I quote, "I apologize, I have the wrong fan." He then informed us of two options, one he could come back with the fan that he placed on the order, which would require a second visit. Or he could install what was brought. Now I'm not an electrician so I apologize if I can't quote them for the next bit but it was explained that the initial fan that was brought required more power draw. Which would require additional hardware at the panel for a new circuit, I could be wrong about the word circuit. Or he could install as is and we would have to refrain from using multiple electronics in the bathroom while the fan/heater was being used. I declined that offer and requested the fan that was ordered be brought and installed at a later date (today's visit). So where ever this "I picked something else" is coming from is a bold face lie or based on ignorance. I was willing to work with you, but now I don't want you anywhere near my home. Consider our business concluded. These pictures can remain here as warning to anyone who does business with you.
Response from the owner
Mr. Darke, Flaming all Social Media is not a resolve. I have invited you to talk with me and you refused. So I am left with facts: We provided exactly the fan/heater you requested but later you decided you wanted a different one and we ordered & provided that one, and made a extra trip at no extra charge. It (Drywall repair) is not covered & is stated at least 4 times in the paperwork you read and signed. There is no issues with anything else on the estimate. I have reached out privately and now publicly. As stated before I am open to talk one on one but hard to do when you refuse. Trying to hurt my business with inflammatory statements and half truths is definitely not a solution to your situation.

Tried to charge for my bank card for services that I did not request. I live in the uk and this company is attempting payment and does not respond. Be aware they are buying credit card details!
