Mr. Electric installed a breaker for my new hot tub. They did a great job, were easy to schedule, and affordable. My hot tub repair man even commented on how well the electricians did, said he sees a lot of electricians mess that install up.

They drove out to my residence, told me they weren't interested in the job, and then charged me for a diagnostic. Never received any kind of diagnostic whatsoever. Just simply was told, "we are not interested." They must be either incompetent or are straight-up thieves.
