  BEWARE : Ryan, the owner, just hit the all time high for attempted price gouging. Came by to quote on a simple tub & sink tear out and dispose (no disconnecting any plumbing , no obstacles, etc). Job is less than 3 hrs work. He quoted $900 ! Then, justified it by saying he gets $75 / hr. (equates to 12 hrs of work) Congratulations Ryan, you rank #1 for the highest price gouger for this area.
