  Made a mistake money wise which was TOTALLY MY FAULT. I communicated with them and they drove out of their way to rectify the situation. Not to mention, Billy was super helpful and a super nice guy and was at my house within an hour of the original phone call. Repairs were timely and efficient and it means a lot that he fixed my mistake. Great people, great service, and super responsive. Kept in touch all day. 10/10.

  Billy and Rachel installed a door for my upstairs bonus room and they did a phenomenal job. They were very courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. I will definitely call again next time I need something done!

  BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS !! Billy told me he was the best in town on installing doors and that “he loves to do doors”. I had a custom door built for me by a professional carpenter and Billy completely jacked it up. He destroyed a $2000 door which I will now have to seek out damages in court. He claimed that he did the best he could do but honestly I should have done it my self or paid my 9 year old to do it. He took smoke breaks every 5 minutes, left wood chips all over my house, scratched my dryer up by putting his tools on it, and did damage to my door jam where the striker plate goes. His measurements were subpar. The door knob holes are off by a lot. The knobs won’t cover the hole. The striker plates aren’t installed or recessed properly. He chipped the door and crack it in multiple places. Every little nick and mark is from him. The door hinges look like a beaver got a hold of it. Just completely terrible. When asked for money back for obvious damage, he said no in other words. I will be seeking the damages and more in court.
