  Staff is very nice. However, internet has been super broken, never does a week go by without broken internet, sometimes it's completely gone for a day or longer. Wish we had more options but we are in western KY

  I am currently in the process of moving to a new apartment. At MES, it is an incredibly inconvenient process to simply transfer your current account to a new location. You must apply as a totally new customer, pay another deposit, and then you can set up your services at the new location. Not to mention it is a separate process to disconnect your services at the old address. I feel totally. caught off guard by this because the other utilities were extremely simple. I do not understand why this process has to be so complicated, however it is a total inconvenience. The office is also STILL completely closed due to COVID.

  Its a shame that I have to leave a star for a review. They are T.H.E. worse power company I have ever had to deal with. Its a shame that they do not offer payment arrangements. Not everyone can pay their bill on time. Especially when temps are below freezing. I thought this company didn't turn the power off when temps were below freezing. I guess I was wrong. I can't stand Murray Electric. Heartless company!
