  Crooked Box, Crooked Company. Shoddy workmanship. Never got the quote I was promised either. It's 100.00 just to have them show up at your house. Even if they do nothing. (1 hr. min@ 78.00 + mileage at .98/mile) = RIPOFF

  We hire Muth electrical because they are on time, advise us on installation, trusted by inspection department. Communicate before, during, and after project.

  I called to request a service repair. I was told that Muth Electric was two weeks out at least and they would try to make the appointment in two weeks. I proceeded to schedule the appointment giving all the information requested. I asked if they would contact me directly when they determined what was causing the issue since I live out of state and the receptionist informed me that they would not contact me that they would just make the repair while they were there. I asked her if they determined that they needed to replace my entire electrical panel that they would just do that, not call me and send me the bill? She said that is correct. I told her I would not be moving forward with the scheduled appointment and she hung up on me. I do not think it is a lot to ask to have someone simply be kind and give you the same respect they would expect in return. Without customers you are out of business and unemployed.
