  Filed a request for service on Muth's web page. Several days go by, no response. Called local office in Rapid City. Nice secretary informed me her service manager would call me right back. Nothing. Later on made contact with the secretary again, and her service manager relayed to her that Muth doesn't give quotes on residential jobs. Ask if I could speak to the gentlemen to get a ball park figure and she replied when he got off the phone he would get in contact with me shortly. Nothing. Three days with minimal heat due to electrical panel failing. Question- Is the economy so good in here in Rapid City that an individual isn't warranted a phone call? Normalization of Deviation at its best.
