  I can’t recommend this company enough. I had a circuit out in my house (100+ yrs old) that went out over the holidays, breaker switch didn’t help. Called another company (Mr. Electric), and the electrician told us the circuit had been illegally rigged, he couldn’t touch it without replacing the entire thing, including ripping out my kitchen ceiling. Estimate was $3500 not including ceiling demolition and repair. I called My Electric Works for a second opinion. In less than 10mins, Ivan walks up- “Do you have any light bulbs?” Unbelievably, all that was wrong with the circuit was that a surge had busted the bulbs. Ivan got to the bottom of what caused the surge, which was a serious issue with my electric main line and circuit box, which I am amazed didn’t set fire to the house. We are all set now, and my ceiling is none the wiser. Ivan and Dave were amazing- on time, professional, neat, friendly, and good at explaining what was going on. I felt confident in the process throughout, from the moment I called to make the appointment to their final visit. Will definitely keep this company on my phone for all electrical needs in future!

  I had My Electric Works come out to do an estimate on some work that I needed done on my electric box. Dave arrived when promised and explained everything that needed to be done(which I already new) and then some. He was honest, very polite and did not rush. And the estimate was completely free, with no hidden charges. I decided to go ahead and hire My Electric works to do the job. I called the next morning and they squeezed me in for that day. Dave again, came on time, and was very professional. He explained everything that he was doing , answered questions, and taught me a few things. Everything was installed and done professionally, with little to no mess. Dave is a great Electrician, and I would highly recommend “My Electric Works” and him. I would definitely use them again. 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks, Dave!

  This company has been excellent to work with!! We had a long list of a lot of little electrical fixes that I was worried would add up to a very high bill, but thankfully they were able to resolve these issues for a great value and quality! When the work took longer than the initial time allowed, they were accommodating with my schedule to come back on two other days to continue the work without any additional charges. Everything was done well and efficiently, and all three technicians (Ed, Tim, and I can't remember the 3rd name) we encountered were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. We will definitely use their services again in the future!
