  We just purchased a home in Blairsville. The ceiling fans were working during the inspection but were not working when we moved in. We finally caved and called in an electrician to fix them. They ran some tests but ultimately did not fix the issue. Embarrassed to say we paid $125 and have nothing to show for it. I’m baffled, not to mention frustrated, that ELECTRICIANS couldn’t fix ceiling fans.

  Kathy, thanks for leaving a review. We always strive for superior service even in certain circumstances as such. We understand that the ceiling fans you are referring to failed to have the correct remotes. Our technicians tried to find work arounds given you were unable to provide the appropriate remotes with the fans. After spending some time trouble shooting and trying to see if we could make them work without the proper remotes it was determined that the proper remotes would be needed. We understand your frustration and feel confident that the problem was due to improper equipment rather than our electricians skill or industry knowledge. Thank you again.
