  Called to set up an appointment for a repair - told me to called them back in a week to schedule the appointment - as it turns out they were booked and couldn't do the work anyways. I wish they were more transparent with their scheduling. The guy didn't really seem to care.

  Do care. I just told him it would take longer than he wanted to get an appointment. Also gave him the name of two other companies that might be able to help him. Tried to help...

  Napa Valley Electric took great care of our main and garage panels. Was helpful the whole time and even helped reconfigure our system to better suit our needs. Very grateful and pleased with the work! 5 star experience!

  We had an appointment for 1pm with technicians on standby from across the pond (midnight their time). We just needed a cable checked something simple on our end. When they did not show we called and we were told that they would not make it on time. Information we could have used hours ago. Very unprofessional.

  That is not true. We were just delayed. Fires are crazy here. Said we could come at 3pm. Didn't say we wouldn't come nor to "find somebody else". Can still come if need be...
