  Narrows H & A/C installed a ceiling mounted split system Heatpump (A/C and Heat) unit at our home a few weeks ago. Their bid was competitive and they were helpful in assisting us in deciding upon a few options for our space. We installed this unit so that out upstairs master can be cooled down for sleeping at night so that we can leave the rest of the house at at 74 degrees at night during the summer. The unit is very quiet and it works well for the tests we did. The Narrows team has been very professional, communications were prompt, they showed up on time, made sure not to make a mess cutting through the ceiling to do the installation, and cleaned up. Very personable team and easy to work with. If I ever need to do another project, I will use them again. Highly recommended.

  At first, I wanted to replace our existing HVAC system with the same brand. But then someone at McLendon's recommended Narrows Heating & Air Conditioning. So I called them up and they put us on their schedule. They were easy to work with, told me exactly what they're going to do, and answered all my questions. The new system was installed last week and it's awesome. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so I include a couple.

  Chris and the crew at Narrows Heating and AC were recommended to install a split level heat pump. There was a incentive from Tacoma Power for the system/install, and they made sure my setup and install qualified and gave me clear steps for what paperwork I needed to fill out and when to turn it in which I appreciated. The Mitsubishi ductless system they put in has been great so far with this surprise April 2022 cold snap vs my previous electric baseboard/cadet heaters. If you are curious about installing a heat pump system I would recommend Narrows for sure.
