  I was actually talking to him to ensure the quote from a different electrician was a reasonable price and committed to a different company for half of the work required. He generously talked to me and helped me confirm pricing was accurate; I was not being taken advantage of. For the second job his price was slightly better (sight unseen, phone quote). While I had committed to the first company through their troubleshooting fee, if Mike's patience and professionalism are any indication of his work, he's earned my business in the future.
