Excellent service from Angel at the office to the wonderful crew of guys who performed the work. I had a lot of work to be done to our cabin so I contacted the office to schedule an appointment with Nathan to discuss what needed to be done. I needed to update several light fixtures and cans, repair some switches and outlets that were outdated, add dimmers, hide some wiring to my TV as well and replace some light bulbs that required a 9 foot ladder. 6 guys came to our cabin to do the work in about 3 hours. They did it all! The crew was very efficient, knowledgeable, very polite and they cleaned after themselves. The best work crew I have seen in a long time. They get 10 stars!

We booked our appointment on April 30th. This morning (June 10) NC2 arrived. The scope of the work requested was to diagnose all outlet issues and to repair them, inside and outside of the home. The two gentlemen who arrived were kind, knowledgeable, and informative. After a few repairs, they ended up calling their boss to ask a question about an outside outlet (they had already repaired another outside outlet). This call was on speakerphone. He told his employees that even though we had to wait a long time for our appointment that he needed them somewhere else, and that we would just have to schedule another appointment to fix the rest (with no priority). Then the employees packed up and left as they were commanded. Needless to say, I will not be scheduling another appointment. As a business and a professional, when a scope of work and time is agreed upon, the work should be completed or at the least someone should have attempted to rectify the situation since the contract was in breach for all intents and purposes. If it's a scheduling and allocation of human resources issue, then that is also a severe issue. There was no olive branch or even an apology.

NC2 did all of the wiring on my new house within budget and ahead of schedule. With this good job in hand, I also had them install my whole house generator shortly after moving in. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly; they provided a great client experience.
