Very good experience had my Alarm done by them and they did such a great job that I actually decided to try there services for my home theater as well! Professional, time efficient, and great attitude the guy that did my home theater was extremely helpful and full of knowledge his name was Steve highly recommend this company for any service they provide. What I really enjoy is that I’m not getting overcharged on my monthly monitoring fee and the extended warranty they offer is amazing!!!

The worst customer service ever. They also aren’t members of the Better Business Bureau. This alone should have told us something. Buyer beware!!! Their electricians do not know what they are doing and they do not finish jobs. 40% of the wiring in our entire home renovation was wired incorrectly— for example, light switches that were supposed to go to ceiling fixtures were run to outlets. They schedule appointments and don’t show up or even call to let you know. Their products are overpriced for what you get. Their servicemen are beyond rude and call and text at obscene hours. Please, do business with these guys at your own risk. We are having to pay another company to come out and fix their mess.

NES customer for years up till today. They switched to paperless billing without asking me. I was not looking for bills in my emails, heck most of us get piles of emails per day, including junk so who reads them all. When I did see that they were sending me email bills, I paid to bring account up to date. Then received another email with other dates and charges that were not on the bill I just paid. I returned Kristen's call to fix bill. I told her I did not agree to paperless billing and the invoices seem wrong, her answer, "Well did you call to let anyone know". She was short, condescending, and lack the interpersonal skills to provide good customer service without an attitude or smart responses. I requested to just cancel my account. Sometimes small businesses kill themselves because they do not know how to provide customer service that their larger competitors seem to do well. They are not the same people that I started doing business with many years ago.
