Some of their customer service reps are very rude and are not willing to help the customers solve their issues with billing or payment plans. Try to explain to them any issues there maybe they like to talk over you and more or less it's their way or no way at all. But the other ppl in customer service do take their time to listen and help with the problem. I just want to say thank you to the ones that actually care about their customers and all the other can bite my a**.
