  David hit a water line while installing lights in the kitchen. It was a huge mess. We then had to have a plumber come to repair the water line. We were never reimbursed for the plumber and the the repairing of the holes in ceiling and the painting. We were honest people and paid him for his job but then he NEVER has responded to me to pay us for the damages that needed repairing because he drilled right into the water line. Total cost of repair $600.
