  Buyer beware! These guys do not write up a formal bid. After visiting our site, he "quoted"us an enormous price over the phone, then came down $1000 - after he "knew more about the job" . Wouldn't he have known what it would cost while he was looking at it? He said he does not write up bids and his management supports him on this. It appeared like he bid high to see if we would bite and when I questioned him, the price "drastically" changed, covering it up with "knowing more now" statements. When I questioned him about a breakdown of costs, he said he would bid, but if it comes in lower- he'd have to charge me the higher bid price then. Nothing seemed right - felt like an slimy used car salesman. We found an honest electrician elsewhere.
