We really enjoyed our experience with Neighborhood! We had baseboard heating installed. Justin was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. Shortly after arriving, Justin realized that our original plan would need to be changed. With it being November and wanting to get us taken care of right away, he went to get new parts for our shifted plans. Everything was completed that day, and works great! They also honored their original quote, which was wonderful. Not only that, but it really looks great too! I was so worried that our baseboard heating system would look bulky and stand out. The space they installed them is a photo studio, so I was hoping for the least distracting option as possible. They blend in perfectly! Thank you so much!!

We first consulted with Scott, the owner and his son Alex, who quickly brought manager Chris J into the plans. Within 24 hours we were given options that outlined and detailed the equipment that would work best for our home, including pricing. Alex was very helpful and thorough in answering all of our questions about each brand. We made an informed decision and they sent technicians Alex and Cameron the next day to take out our old system and a install a new furnace and air conditioner. They were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My pups loved these guys, too! We are very happy with Neighborhood services!

Our service guy, Alex, was fantastic very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and explained some easy repairs. He also explained the different options that we could get on a new furnace. He was very helpful and never seemed bothered by all our questions. He was happy to help us!
