  Was given this company’s number from a warranty company to call and have them repair a freezer we have under warranty. The lady who answered the phone was very rude to me and stated they would not work on the item if they did not sell it to me. I understand that may be their policy but she didn’t have to be so rude to me instead of just explaining their policy. I will definitely not purchase anything from this company or recommend anyone else do so.

  Had warranty on refrigerator told us to call them to service the freezer. Lady on phone was extremely rude ,very unprofessional and refused to help us. Would definitely never recommend.
