  Never shows for appointments. Bought my house brand new a year ago, and every time I needed warranty work, an appointment was made and they never showed. These are issues listed in my home inspection. So they NEED to get done. Highly not recommended.

  I made three appointments for them to come fixed a breaker for a house I just bought that is under warranty and never showed up. And what bothers me more is that I see their vans and workers every day doing work in new houses next to mine. I also left two messages and never got a call back; I guess they are waiting until I have an electrical fire to respond. Typical, once they get paid from the builder, nothing else matters. Sadly, I have to leave a negative review for someone to WAKE-UP!
