Was told I needed to pay $240 deposit before services could be turned on. Unless I provided a letter from my previous utilities company. I tried for 12 days, they never got it. Was told if I could get the letter sent directly to me then sent to them they will refund. Finally got the letter. Was told oh no you would have to provided the letter before your first bill prints. Nobody told me this! Now fast forward 4 months, we’re moving to a different unit. Same complex just a different apartment. Now I’m being told that unit requires a $280 deposit?! Since my account is current and updated why can’t my deposit be applied and I just pay the difference? Less then 5months & this company wants $520. At this point I just won’t pay the last bill and it can be taken out of the deposit. & refund me the difference. But if anyone knows apartments you can’t get keys until you show proof utilities are in your name. So here I am again waiting on hold. 11mins 22secs. Nobody ever answers the phone in a decent time 🙄 With new braunfels growing so rapidly & ripping people of with constantly deposits. There shouldn’t be a issue paying decent wages to get these calls answered.

Called in to pay a bill. Good customer service but there is sometimes a long wait time to get ahold of them.
