  I never leave unline reviews, so that fact that I am leaving a review says something. Never ever use this company. They are a complete rip off. I needed a circuit replaced. This job should have taken no more than 2 hours. What would you pay for an electrician and a helper per hour? Maybe $100. So the job should have been $200 maybe $300 at the most. Instead it cost $2,000 plus tax. I am selling my house and needed to fix the circuit in order to show it, so I was stuck. Don't be like me. Don't get ripped off. Don't use this company. If I could give them 0 stars I would do so.

  Just got finished being ripped off by New Castle Electric. Needed a circuit breaker replaced. They wanted $350 for a job that took 10 minutes! Insane. That's an $85 charge for the call and $250 for labor (oh, and a $20 part) My fault for trusting them not. Refused to pay more than $200 and even that was a robbery. Do NOT use this service! There are too many reputable electricians out there.

  The most inept, irresponsible, incompetent electrical company in New York. A $275 job will end up costing $2,275. Dangerously useless "licensed" electricians. Avoid at all costs!!! Zero stars would be a compliment for this company.
