  Seems permanently closed. Phone number no longer works (just a "The wireless customer you have tried to reach is not available" recording), and the storefront is locked and abandoned, with debris on the floor and mostly empty shelves and counters with sun-bleached boxes. Very unprofessional way of going out of business.
