  New Dawn was excellent from start to finish. They were assigned through my home warranty company. I didn't choose them, but I am cancelling the home warranty soon (not related to this at all) and I will call them for anything electrical going forward. They were absolutely wonderful. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they followed up and communicated right up until the technicians arrived. Dean and Matt were impressive. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I had several issues in different areas of the house and they solved them all in an unbelievable amount of time. They even took the time to educate me about what happened and what I could do to avoid the problem in the future. Thank you so much!

  Called New Dawn Electric and they were able to fit us in their schedule the same day. Alan came out and was very professional, did a great job of troubleshooting our problems and was able to rectify the fault in short order, while explaining exactly what he was doing as he went along with his work. We we’re very pleased with the quality and efficiency of his work. Highly recommend them to take care of all your electrical needs.

  Tim, our tech, not only arrived on the day and time we were promised, he even texted to let us know he was on his way.. he was not only professional but extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient . (He also wore a mask which was important to us). He made sure our issue was resolved to our satisfaction before he left .. the communication and incredible service we received from new Dawn was over the top from start to finish. Highly recommend these folks! Amy in the administrative office was a pleasure to work with, she responded to our needs immediately and was most compassionate.. can’t believe we scored with new Dawn… will never use anyone else… thank you sooo much!
