  I have been on NewMac for over 50 years and have nothing but great things to say about them. I pay my bill on time so I haven't had a reason to talk to the office staff. But I do know that when there is an outage (which are few and far between) they are out in all kinds of weather working on it. It is always fixed as quickly as possible.

  Great provide and quick times for getting power back during outages but for the love of god there needs to be a emergency line of something cause I'm sick of the power cutting out in the middle of a storm after 5 and all my food spoiling because the fridge stops working

  Do not dare ask about the bill. it will be considered a personal attack to the rep. on the phone and the true colors will show. Get everything in writing and keep it handy. just look at previous reviews about how rude the office people are. Its true.
