Excellent experience with New Vision. They were one of the few certified Fujitsu servicers in the area for my mini-split. They were able to come out the same day I called to take a look at the issue. The technician was very knowledgable and explained everything to me. He was also fully masked up and practice safe COVID protocols. Ultimately, he diagnosed several issues from the original installation and was able to fix the same day. The service was a tad bit expensive but I felt super confident that I was getting excellent quality for the service. The technician even warrantied the work for a year! Overall, I would definitely use this company again.

During these crazy times finding a good contractor is very hard. Eyal and his team arrived on time and promised not to leave my house until my new system was completely installed. 14 hours later I had my system in place and working. New vision electric restored my faith in humanity.

A big company came out, misdiagnosed the problem with our AC unit, put in Freon, and charged us for a job that didn’t repair the unit, since it stopped working again 2 days later. The big company told us that if their repair didn’t work we would need to buy a new system and they said they would send us a quote. We called a friend to find us a company who would see if there was anything else we could do before buying a new unit. She told us to call New Vision. Eyal said he wud come out in the evening. He quickly found the problem. He removed all the Freon the other company had put in, which would have destroyed the unit and he fixed the small electrical issue, which the other company totally missed. He is knowledgeable, explained to us in detail about what he did, and was sincere about charging us only for what we needed. We will gladly refer him to anyone who needs air conditioning service!
