  I have never experienced a power company that pays back credit. My home is on Duke Energy, so all I ever see are rate hikes. Nice to know my other property is serviced by a decent company.

  I moved back to Newberry over a year ago and I find myself regularly (was monthly now several times a week) without electricity. This week alone a transformer has blown 3 times and left the residence of our street without electricity. I worry about the elderly who are on oxygen machines and things of the sort. At my prior residence, in which I lived for 12 years, this never occurred. I can’t seem to get any help with a resolution. It just seems odd in today’s time we are waiting several times a week for power.

  I ordered this new Carolina connect internet that is going through Newberry over 6 weeks ago been waiting on newberry electric to run the new lines from the road to my house, I have tried multiple times over the past 6 weeks to get in touch with the lady that deals with there fiber optics Stephanie and can’t even get a call back to let me know when there going to get this done!
