  When searching for an electrician for a possible wiring problem on Facebook, Jeremy put me in touch with Bryan. He called me back right away to schedule an appointment. The next morning Carter came to my house and quickly assessed the problem. He was knowledgeable, thorough and saved me from a potential bigger problem! I'm so thankful for the quick and professional response! And very pleased with the affordable price! I highly recommend NewGen!

  I had scheduled an appointment for March 17th at 10:30 a.m. No one ever showed up. At 12:30 p.m. I called and was told he could come later that day after an appointment I had. I called after appointment, no one answered so I left a message and I still am yet to hear back from them! Here is proof of the call back, with a 39 second voicemail to your personal phone, like you told me to do so!

  I apologize for what is obviously a communication error. We told you we could come give the estimate on either Thursday or Friday. You called stating you had what I recall as a chiropractors appointment and would notify us once you returned so we could schedule to come out. Our systems record every single call in and out for quality assurance. There was no call received by the system of you calling in after your appointment. We strive to go above and beyond for every single customer and have all raving reviews stating just that. We so apologize that you did not have this experience.

  We've had this company a several times & have yet to be unhappy with the work or the crew they have working for them. Just to name a few of their services we've used: unclogging drains, putting in a garbage disposal, AC maintenance, & the garage openers, etc. One of those times was a clogged drain in my bathroom which ended up being a whole lot more than either of us had thought. However they didn't just unplug the sink, they found the root of the problem & fixed it. We've recommended this company to family & friends...but only if they want good honest & ethical work. The other good reason to use this company is because they cover almost anything, not just plumbing. Seems they can do just about anything.
