  The job was done quickly and well. The techs were friendly and clean and easy to work with and went above and beyond. Wait time was a little long for such a small job, but not terrible. The only issue I had was that our appointment was at 4:30. I started getting calls and having techs show up at my door just after 3. I work from home and am in video calls all day. It is fine to call and see if I am available sooner, but when you don't get an answer, don't keep calling and showing up. This was very disruptive and when I finally answered one of the calls, the office person sounded like I was putting her out because I wasn't available.

  This was so smooth. Start to finish. And, I love my new Ring. Though I already have a camera there, I wanted the ring to alert me. I don’t k ow how long I went without a doorbell. And, if I was going to pay a dime fixing it, it was going to do more than make noise

  Your tech arrived shortly before 4:00pm appointment, and didn't have key to the camera equip. enclosure. I waited with him for 1 hr and 20 minutes for an employee to bring a key. Tech connected his laptop, and asked if I received images on my iphone. I handed him the phone and In a few minutes he showed me a camera mage on the phone. He then left, and I returned to my house, and checked my email on both the iphone and computer...No camera notification? Is it to much to expect that your tech would restore my system as installed by you company?
