  Stay away from this business at all costs. We called Nick's Electric to get a ceiling fan/light replaced. We already had the ceiling fan itself. The electrician came unprepared and after about 2 hours he said he'll have to come back because he has the wrong part. At this point, the old ceiling fan was already off the ceiling. I had to call the office to re-schedule someone to come again (which shouldn't have happened). He came a day or two later and took an additional 2 hours. (Bear in mind, I had a ceiling fan of the same exact type installed by a different electrical company a few months prior. They had two people come and it took them 30 minutes by the watch for less than $180.) The electrician left a mess on the floor, such as little pieces of plastic from the packaging, Styrofoam, cardboard, nuts, bolts, and screws. Before he left, I asked how much it'll be, and he said we'll send the bill in the mail. He said bear in mind I had to go back and forth so it'll be expensive (because of his fault for not bringing the right part or whatever BS). Then I get a bill in the mail asking for $470. I tried calling and left at least two messages to speak to a manager, and never heard back. They only called back when they wanted the payment for their terrible service. Eventually I paid just to get them off my back. AFTER I PAID, THEY CALLED AND SAID IF YOU DON'T PAY, THIS WILL GO TO COLLECTIONS AND WE'LL GET LAWYERS INVOLVED. Really? First of all, I already paid. Secondly, who will go to court with lawyers for a $470 bill of terrible, unsafe, unprofessional work. This company should not be in business.

  I did think they were very nice and professional. Responded when I called, were timely and very polite.
