Came out looked, said we would have an estimate within 4 days. Been calling them for weeks. Not returning phone calls. If you are a professional common curiosity is to tell the person your not interested. Quick to respond to bad review but not to customer by returning a phone call. Even when he came out he said he always gets back fast with a price quote that we would not have to call.

This is the worst home repair service in Florence. The company was scheduled to do the work on a specific date, showed up the next day unannounced. They did a half-stepping job on my shower, left without tightening up any screws, etc and water leaked, I had to shut off water to that bathroom. I had to call my regular plumber to fix their mess. I will NEVER call this company to do ANY repairs at my home.

My new faucet looks great! Nick installed/ replaced my old faucet with a new faucet in my kitchen sink. His fees are affordable, and I’m satisfied with the work he completed. I’ve called several other companies, and I decided to give Nick’s renovation & Home repair a try based on company reviews on Google. I made the right decision! I plan to call him for other repairs/renovations.
