  I was sad when they drilled into my HVAC to install a light and would not cover the cost of repairing it. :(

  We are very sorry for the issue with the sconce light. Our offer stands to pay for the cost to repair the drywall. Unfortunately, we can't always know what is behind a finished wall. That is why we suggested not wall papering the wall until after it was determined if sconces could be added to the wall.
