  Our furnace went out with the temps quickly dropping, they came out right away! The Lady that answered the phone was so nice and understanding! She was also very knowledgeable! It was a nice surprise to hear she knew exactly what was I was talking about. I was happy to know she was easily going to be able relay the information to the tech that came out. They definitely made the heart break of the furnace going out not so bad! I'll have no question where we will be calling first in the future!

  I don't normally post reviews but I was ecstatic with my experience. My husband and I arrived home yesterday (sunday) to a hot house. we called Nilson and was told we'd be on the list. The technician called me to let me know he was on his way and would be here in 20 minutes. After the diagnosis was done the repairman called our warranty company to explain what he found. He then was given the ok by them to fix the issue. The repairman informed me about the conversation and what he found. He said the warranty company was going to call and inform me in a little bit. So far I have enjoyed the communication and upfront knowledge from both the warranty company and also Nilson Heating and cooling. I am extremely happy with my experience and will go back to them if we ever have issues with our AC or heat.
