  I am very disappointed with this company. My bill alway seems to vary despite the season. The last 2 bills were $600 and $400 the last. My new bill is almost $800 for the shortest month. Even then I don't know what the bill is because I never get 1 until after the due date. When I asked why the only excuse I get is that they sent them to a 3rd party to have them send it out and they're not responsible for any delays. But I dont pay by the 10th they shut it off on the 11th and charge the reconnection and late fees.

  Hello - we have our free SmartHub app that can be used via desktop or mobile that allows you to see real time energy usage on your account. It also gives you the option for paperless billing which means you will be notified the moment a new bill is available. You can access and pay the bill from that app as well.   Thank you. We had a black out in our area. It took them 20 minutes to fix it from start to getting our lights back on. Thanks for your fast service even in All this rain we are having today.. anyway you can fix All my clocks lmao 🤣 thank you again

  I can’t understand the average review rating. I have lived in Hardin County for 3 years on LG&E KU and 3 years on Nolin RECC. There is no question that power from Nolin RECC is more reliable, consumption is easier to monitor, and account management is easy and streamlined through telephone and/or ios/android app. Notifications are also more immediate, relevant, and resolution achieved more quickly when issues arise. Also, if you need one-on-one personalized assistance or technical support with usage, rates, or efficiency analysis, Billy Paite has been around for decades and can set you straight.
