  Our offices are open M-F 8-5pm and we have employees who answer the phone during this time. Unless there is a high volume of calls coming in, someone should be able to answer your call promptly. Our automated message is the first thing you will hear, but you can get to a Customer Service Representative by selecting option 2. We are sorry that you have had a negative experience, our CSRs are there to help you with any issues you have with your account.

  Company is a complete ripoff. Bunch of crooks. But what can ya do when it’s the only electric company for my area.

  I rated a 1 earlier. Today they was sympathetic to are situation. With that said they need a plan in place. A protocol to abide by. When there is a power outage we call in outside sources.
