  Very helpful, friendly service! Had heating element go out in stove and he ordered part for us and told us how to replace. 2 weeks later spring broke in washer and again he talked us through taking washer apart to get to spring and even told us where we could get the spring cheaper! We still ordered thru him! He saved us a ton of money in repair bills. Thank you Norris Electric!

  Just bought a new stove! What other place keeps records back from when you bought your 1st appliances from them. We went back to 1976! Love the service!
