  Called 3 weeks ago. They said they could service my generator. Haven’t from them since. Totally ignored. Under staffed? Maybe. Communication? Horrible.

  Generator failed exercise mode, displayed overspeed error. Called NCPG, left message. Josh returned call within the hour and scheduled service for next day. Chase arrived on time as arranged an completed oil change, valve adjustment, and new plugs with an hour. Overspeed issue may have been due to loose intake valves? Great response with professional service. Highly recommended.

  The Generac generator Jim and Josh installed was underpowered and could not support our electric need during a outage. They refused to acknowledge that fact instead blamed us for the problem. Finally called Generac and filed a complaint and we were given another “factory authorized dealer” who came out and assured us we were not the problem. NCP had installed a 11k generator when we actually needed a 16k. Our 16k is working beautifully and to say the least we do not deal with NCP at all. Josh and Jim are inexperienced and could not troubleshoot anything. We do not recommend this company.
