We used this company twice now with the first experience being fine. The second time they came out to install two ceiling fans (where there were already lights) for me they charged almost $600. They were here less than two hours and much less work needed than the first visit but charged way more this time. My husband called to figure out why they charged so much and has yet to receive a call back.

Was quoted price for 5 hours of work. The guy was only there for 1 and a half hours. He Didnt check his work before leaving and several outlets didn't work. Intalled incorrectly. This was on a friday. Didn't come back till monday to fix his mistake. When bill arrived no price break due to their mistake and too many hours charged. Also wanted an extra 10% to put on a credit card. When i called about the bill i was told the job was done and i shouldn't have expected a a price break. My problem is why quote someone for 5 hours of labor if 1 1/2 was all that was needed.

Mahalo heating and cooling used them to wire my ductless heat unit. They installed an outside power outlet and wired it into my living room outlet through the wall. The wire they installed burnt in half, and could see the burnt marks on outlet they put in. Luckily my single wide trailer didn't catch on fire. Lost power to front half of my trailer. When my wife called them of course it wasn't their fault, and weren't going to come fix it until she threatened to sue. They came and fixed it. When the electrician was finished he just left, didn't say what caused it, what he did or nothing. I came home shortly after and noticed half my vicodin was gone from a wisdom tooth I had pulled. Make sure you lock up your medication if you do go with them, and be prepared for grief if they have to come fix their mistakes!
