  Northern Lights crews and dispatchers are awesome!! We had trouble inside our transformer, specifically rodents disrupting our electric lines. A half hour after I called dispatch, the crews arrived and went to work. The crew was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard to restore the power quickly. I have ultimate confidence and respect for Northern Lights and their professional linemen, Thank you for keeping us warm!!!

  Their IT guy Dave Murray purchased merchandise from me twice within a two week period and then claimed the transactions as fraudulent with his bank. When asked about the chargebacks he said I don't care sue me! He is a liar and a thief, do not trust him with your business. SCAM!!!

  We just moved here from Oregon and in Oregon we didn't live way out in the sticks like we do now. We have not experienced more than a couple hours without power and that's only happened 2 times in 3 months due to it being winter and snow fall downing trees, but power was restored so quick I hardly noticed and never even needed to start our generator. we could look at our power lines the wrong way and lose power back at our old place in Oregon.. Just last March my family and I went 15 days without power in Oregon, so this power company is PHENOMINAL in my opinion. I've seen power trucks wayyyy out here checking on all the lines and working eagerly to make sure all is well.
