  We have had the best service from NW Electric. Building a home from multiple states away has been challenging but the communication and follow through from NW Electric has been a huge relief. Throughout all the changes we have made, they have continued to be patient and work through our ideas to make sure our house is customized to our liking. Can’t wait to start our solar project with them!

  Our heater quit and it was extremely cold at about 1 degree. I called them in the morning and they were at the house 30 minutes later and found the problem. Brian was fabulous.

  Asked for a line safety check and to book a electrician for the 14th to hook up power to a mobile home. No electrician showed up ,when I called they said they didn't have a appt for that on that day. How come they did the safety check but not book the electrician for the set date??

  Terrie, we are sorry you weren’t pleased with your experience. There seems to be some miscommunication regarding moving forward with a permit to attach your service. As our technician explained, additional work needed to be done in order to install your service per National Electrical Code safely. The safety of our customers and our employees is our biggest concern. Please let us know directly if you would like to discuss the specifics of how your mobile home did not meet code.
