  Wayne, Ron, and an apprentice performed a service upgrade on my duplex in East Nashville. They were attentive to my specifications and reflected my needs adequately in the proposal, issuing an amended proposal to reflect changes that I requested to the original. The price was reasonable, and Wayne was very knowledgeable, so I decided to move forward with the work. It took a little while for Metro codes and NES to get all of their engineering and paperwork completed. Once all of the preliminary work was done, Wayne scheduled the service upgrade right away. The work was finished timely and coordination with NES disconnect/reconnect was spot on. The quality of the work was excellent. As someone who studied Electrical Engineering, it was a pleasure working with Wayne and his team; he went the extra mile to ensure that I received the product that I had requested. I will not hesitate to hire Nova Electric again for future work and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks guys!

It allows future available power for solar installation, hot tubs, pools, electric instant-hot water supply, and expansion of the home. We have done many upgrades and its always satisfying to improve a homes electrical to make it safe according to today's standards. Remember!!   They send a crew out with a guy in flip flops that’s supposed to be crawling around in the attic which is dangerous and unprofessional. They showed up with no wire or boxes to do the job with. I mean what electrical company doesn’t even keep wire on them? And the owner admitted that he’s had complaints before because of the same issue so you would think he would take action. The guys took almost 2 days to finish a job that was only supposed to take not even a day. Then the owner Wayne was supposed to come back out and wire up a few lights and water heater. Got the water heater done and half the lights. And he said he’d be back to finish and has not showed up. Have been trying to get him out here for a week over a 10 minute job. He will wait until 5-6 in the afternoon to call or text and say he’s not coming and will be back the next day and the same thing all over again or not call at all. Just keep coming up with excuses as to why he can’t come. Highly unprofessional and do not recommend to anyone.

  Our employee had been terminated due to the unprofessional actions that had been taken by him personally. After having the supplies on hand for the project, additional work was requested for free. Out of kindness to satisfy additional work requested, I completed more electrical work. Then after more request was made, additional materials had to be acquired. According to the detial of the proposal this homeowner exceeded the expense on our company. Now with this review it shows how some people want something for nothing and want to complain about it.
